Jetstar Launches SYD-KUL

From September 3x per week.

The launch fare is A$249 one way or A$477 return, all inclusive of taxes and charges. Already on sale on their website.

its got to be the A330 since the A320 won't have the legs to get to KL.

Interesting... as theoretically...

from sept - you could fly UK-KUL with AirAsia for GBP40 each way and change on to Jetstar for another GBP35 each way (RM250) for KL-Sydney...

Including all taxes, cheapest return fare KUL-SYD-KUL would be RM1,320. No airline could beat this fare at the moment, we'll just have to wait how AirAsia X would react to this.

I just did a search and KUL-SYD fares actually start at MYR250!!!

Just got my hopes up,

I did a search and got a fare of AUD$84 each way - Hurried to book it even though I had no plans to go to KUL but on the booking page it comes up as AUD$250.

Tried again but they seem to have fixed it, still cheap though
