Hey all, I was just wondering if the runway KL691 use for touchdown has change since they change from the 747 to 777. I used to be able to see the inbound flight from where I work with the landing gear down but ever since they change it to the 777 which was about two weeks ago, I haven't spot it coming in at all. So I was wondering if it is using a different approach since the 777 is lighter than 747. thanks

when it comes to heavies, runways do not change from one to another based on a 777 or 747. weather conditions, winds, time of day, etc will determine what runways are used. I saw KL touch down on runway 5/23 the other day (aka wendys parking lot/fedex hill). either that or runways 24/6 L or R (Carlingview parking lot).
