GSM also operates on this route, and apparently Prague isnt as popular as it has been. OK carries a lot of connecting traffic on a lot of its flights, so maybe the EDI route was relying on O & D, which wasnt there.

It stopped on 7th January! It's one of the stranger decisions it would seem. In it's last full month of ops in December achieved an average load factor of greater than 85% using CAA data. (Impossible to work out exact load factor due to GSM being on the route too but even using the CSA and GSM total to PRG it stil comes out at 85% so obviously it would have been higher than that once you've taken away the pax that GSM carried.)
So clearly they were filling the flights on a regular basis to the very end! You would have to assume that yields were a problem.
