I flew on a TRIP ATR-42 from REC to FEN a few years ago. It's almost like riding on a jackhammer (britadeira). . . ok, I exaggerated a bit. . .

Regardless, nice to see TRIP expanding (that's a lot of planes for TRIP), and bringing the ATR-72-500s to the country. More to spot!

TRIP's REC-FEN and NAT-FEN are one of their most popular routes. Nice to see TRIP expansion.

The funny thing I noticed is that the airline is called TRIP (Transportes Regionais do Interior Paulista - Regional Transport of the São Paulo State interior) and the only destination in the State is CPQ!!
Has the name changed to just "TRIP"?

Indeed, I never imagined an order such as this.

The main reason is because TRIP was bought by Caprioli Group in Brazil which has given the airline a financial boost. Caprioli Group is, for example, the owner of the rights to operate CPQ-CGH and GRU-CPQ shuttle services.
