Northwest is a great airline.

They are the #1 ontime airline so far this year in figures released by the U.S. Department of Transportation in November 2, 2000.

The 747 is a very nice airplane.

I am sure you will enjoy!!!

NW has more than "a" 747. Actually there are 14 747-400s and I don't know how many 747-200s.

(The first NW 747-100 is going to be on display at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum as part of a new exhibit. It will be just the forward fuselage, but I can't wait to see it!)

Wow, VS744, how do you have so many posts? You've only been here 2 days!

NW has about 40 747s, I'm not sure of the exact number.

In my opinion, Northwest is an excellent airline, and I can't wait to fly them for my next trip, in about two weeks. Their service has greatly improved since their low point of 1998, and they are America's number one on-time airline for 2000 so far, beating Southwest and everyone else in the numbers. Give them a try- I think you'll be impressed.

Create your own luck.
