Yes sir, every flight has leather seats and AVOD.
The proper term is "on final" not "on finals" bud...

As a general question, how does DL do on this route? It seems that the red-eye returns in March, and it's on-again, off-again. Hopefully it sticks around this time.

It's seasonal. Winter sees 2x daily on JFK-SEA and spring/summer ramps back up to 3x daily.

Quoting Planetime (Reply 5): Does all the DL flight from JFK to LAX,SFO,LAS have the new product? Or is it on and off?
Yes, the new product is on all current JFK-LAX/SFO/SEA/SAN/LAS flights and on 2 out of 3 JFK-SLC flights.

Do they have plans to convert the 3rd flight to the new product, because if they don't this is the kind of inconsistancy that could cost them passengers.

I'm looking on seatguru and Delta.com, I can't find a 757 config with anything but 31"-32" pitch. I always thought that the new product was going to have 33"-34" pitch. Did they decide against this and put another row into the song planes?

Eventually, all of the trans con flights will have the new product.

Seat guru is not up to date. Look for 26 F class seats on a 757 when booking and this will be the new transcon product. Old product only had 24 F.

And nothing to do with the fact that JFK is a DL hub.

I'll be going on DL SEA-ATL-SJO-ATL-SLC-ANC next month in business-elite
here are the configs for my flights, which ones will have AVOD?
ANC-SEA= On AS, I know what Im getting there!!!
SEA-ATL DL706= our status is set to "waitlist" even though we have paid and everything, I am going to call Delta about this in a few minutes. but the seat map won't come up (it is a "757-200")
ATL-SJO DL246= 22 seats with 5 rows on the left and 6 rows on the right.
SJO-ATL DL245= same as ATL-SJO
ATL-SLC DL623= 26 seat. 7 rows on the left, 6 on the right.
SLC-ANC DL1033= 22 seat. 5 rows on the left, 6 on the right
hmmm after just writting this down I am surprised because they switched around our fligths.. we use to have DL 1072 ATL-SCL on a 767-300 then 1035 from SLC-ANC... but I can't even find those fligths even up on delta's website.
One question I have is now that I see I have this new schedule, would it be worth taking a flight that leaves out of ATL at 5:50pm instead of 4:15pm which will arrive at 8:08 so that I can fly on the 767-400ER (there is only one flight from SLC to ANC a day and that is at 9:05, so I would still have time for the connection as long as we weren't delayed a heap in ATL)
~Cheers-

In addition to the introduction of AVOD and new seat pitch, when is DL scheduled to re-introduce the "Song" branded catering that was ever so popular with everyone? It sounds like things are coming along fine with the refurbishment but now, what about the inflight catering?

ATL-SLC will have the new F cabin in it. Don't know about SEA-ATL; I do know that there are quite a few 757s in the new concept running though SEA though (ATL, SLC and JFK each get them).

You won't be travelling in the true BizElite product on any of those flights. They call it Business because you have the International leg. Any of the 757s you see with 7 rows up front have the AVOD while the ones with 6 rows do not have it.

Unless you can get seat 7E or 7F the 764 isn't worth it over an AVOD 757. The seats are more narrow and the IFE isn't AVOD though on a flight like that you'll survive just fine. The only reason why those 2 seats make the 764 nice is they do duty as pilot rest seats so they have a buttload of legroom (about 50+" of pitch) and they recline alomst 180 degress though they don't have good legrests to support your legs.

ATL-SLC and SEA-ATL will have AVOD, other flights won't. Judging from what you are saying you are flying on one of the rare 4 757's Delta has from ATL-SJO-ATL. That means nothing special, just footrests.

Quoting Planetime (Reply 23): Does any of the 767-400ER that fly domestic have the AVOD on them?
Not yet. Currently there are non-AVOD PTVs at each F seat and just regular overhead IFE in Y; they will all be converted eventually to AVOD PTVs at every seat.
Quoting Planetime (Reply 23): does the 767-400ER internationally have them?
Yes. So far, two out of the targeted eight have been refurbished and now have AVOD PTVs at every seat.

IIRC the only 764 with AVOD is the one (or however many now) that has been converted to the BizElite product up front. The others in domestic service have the old system in First and nothing bu the main screens in the back. I'm not sure of the schedules but you might see one of the 764s with BE making a domestic run now and then but not sure which routes.
