First of all Aeroméxico does not have a First Class. It does have a Business Class that stands for "Clase Premier" It was the first Executive Class in México they have a personalized attention, wider seats, an exclusive menu and beverage selection, a personal video unit, or in other case with a video walkman, telephone. In "Clase Turista" or Economy class in domestic flights you dont have in-flight entertainment. The interiors are very well they are not old and the seats are comfortable... At least you have space for your legs. The Flight Attendants put the best of them in trying that you have a very nice flight. If you are travelling in an international flight you have in-flight entertainment in economy and business. The food served on Aeroméxico it is really good. In certain flights like MEX-JFK, MEX-MAD, MEX-CDG, MEX-LIM,MEX-SCL They have a special program named "Suns and spices of México" Outstanding food... Really special mexican food it does not matter if you are flying in economy or business. Aeroméxico flies DC-9, MD-87, MD-82/83/88, 757, 767 and 767-300 ER The last ones are their newest additions to their fleet, and they are comfortable but not so much as the Douglas ones... In fact Douglas are better for two hours long flights no more.
