Has Thomsonfly Rights For The 787?

It seems it is sure TOM will buy 787 in the future, and there are some rumours about purchase rights, they would come before expected.

Some queries:

Anyone knows something?
Has been announced?
When will come the new 738?

Im not sure about the 787, but with TUI and Thomson almost being in bed with Boeing. An Airbus A330/A350 order seems increasingly unlikely.
