The Longest Route Served By 742?

Can anyone tell me that which was the longest non-stop scheduled commercial route served by 747-200B since 1970.As i know that, the longest one should be HKG-JNB operated by SAA

AKL-LAX on Air New Zealand is a pretty long route...not sure if it was the longest non-stop though it must come pretty close.

That's quite long. How about ANA's NRT-WAS route during 95-96.ANA fly 742 at that good old time!

I flew JAL 742 NRT-IAD in 1991. It was like 12 hours 30 minutes flight. Must be one of the longest.

I have flown LHR-HKG and return on a BA B747-200. The flight from HKG to LHR was a 14 hour flight.

El Al used to fly a MIA-TLV nonstop on a 747-200.
Anyway, that was long time ago....

It should be noted that JL never considered buying the 747SP for the (then) TYO-JFK route because they felt the plane compromised too much pax/cargo capacity to get the longer range.

What JL did was to modify a number of 742's so it can support increased gross weights for much larger fuel capacity (but sacrificing some cargo space). I know that the current JFK-NRT speed record was done on a JL 742 at around 11 hours 50 minutes.
