Its obviously just a cargo flight of some kind. Cool to see Russian aircraft in the US, but I'm willing to bet its not that out of the ordinary.

I have seen the AN-124 at DTW on a couple of occassions - rumored to be carrying NW 747 engines to somewhere in Scandanavia for overhauling.
In the late 1990s I saw an Il-76 with Air Star Airways or something like that, never heard of the airlinebut it was parked in the cargo area on the west side where DHL parks.
There are some pics on airliners.net of an Il-76 at nearby YIP.

There used to be, maybe its on myaviation.net. I remember seeing a pic of one there a couple years back and being surprised. It was a late evening pic.
