Hello Guros,

I need your help. I am at BOS traveling to SFO and I want to find out the routing of the aircraft for flight AA197. I want to know if this plane goes BOS - SFO only or what other cities/routes goes. I am sorry if someone posted this information, but I would really apprecite your help.

Thanks you and Happy Valentine's Day.

Fer

Sorry, I mean - where is the plane at the moment? I need to know if this plane is routed only BOS-SFO or BOS/SFO/MIA/BOS.

What does that have to do with anything about the routing of the flight? I think he already knows it is nonstop and that it arrives at that time.

The proper term is "on final" not "on finals" bud...

I misunderstood the question Evan, no need to get wound up.

Fer, sorry about the mix-up, see if you can try http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AA197 and look it up and I'll do the same.

Evan, if you wish you could help Fer out as well.

Gus.

Rdwelch understood the question correctly. The poster phrased his question incorrectly.

Especially due to the snowstorm right now one might be delayed on one flight and be interested in alternative flights to SFO.

Guys,

Sorry if I posted the question incorrectly, BostonGuy is correct. There is a snowstorm in BOS at the moment and AA shows the flight as delayed. I was wondering the location of the plane sicne an alternative flight can be JetBlue to OAK or SJC.

Thanks for all the help.

Not tonight you wont. B6 is currently in a ground stop at BOS and JFK.

Doors open, right hand side, next stop is Springfield.

The scheduled plane is 5CD inbound from SJU w/ETA of 8:29EST.

1334/14 49 N5CD FROM 1334/14 IN 1343/14 AS OF 14FEB07/1923
STA SKD LATEST GATE S/R
DEP SJU 1520/14 OUT 1636/14 8
ARV BOS 1825/14 ETA 2029/14 B31

AA197 is currently "scheduled" to depart at 8:49EST. That's just the "working" time someone posted in SABRE and will be updated whenever AA1334 updates its expected arrival time. Probably an hour (or more) later departure (if at all).

197/14 49 N5CD FROM 1334/14 ETA 2029/14 AS OF 14FEB07/1924

DEP BOS 1930/14 ETD 2049/14 B31
ARV SFO 2305/14 SKD 2356/14 66

Naturally, all the above is accurate as of a couple of minutes ago. Anything can (and often does) change everything.  Wink
