I was looking at the Recaro's website and noticed something I've never seen mentioned before. Aircraft seat leasing.

Quoting http://www.recaro-as.com/ras/product-services/seat-leasing/index.html?L=1:

RECARO Aircraft Seating stands for quality, new ideas, and innovations. This now goes beyond the company's premium products to include a unique new service: seat leasing. The advantages of leasing are obvious: zero investment, off-balance financing, and maximum flexibility.

I've heard of aircraft leasing, engine leasing, and now there's seat leasing. What other parts of passenger aircraft are leased out separately?
