HI! I would like to get a list of all the airlines that fly the Boeing 737-100, and 200 series in the US. Thanks!

That's quite a list you're asking for.

Bill Harms' Commercial Jet Aircraft Census is a great site that can answer a lot of these types of questions. It is located at http://www.bird.ch/bharms.

Scanning the list, I see the following 737-200 operators in the United States:
  • AccessAir
  • AirTran Airways
  • Alaska Airlines
  • Aloha Airlines
  • America West Airlines
  • Ameristar Air Cargo
  • ARCO Flight Operations
  • BP Exploration Alaska
  • Casino Express
  • Delta Air Lines/Delta Express
  • EG & G Special Projects (US Air Force)
  • Frontier Airlines
  • Lorair
  • Nations Air
  • Northrup Grumman Aviation
  • Pace Airlines
  • Pride LLC
  • Ryan International Airlines
  • Sierra Pacific Airlines
  • Sky King Inc.
  • Southwest Airlines
  • Sunwest International
  • United Airlines
  • US Airways/Metrojet
  • Vanguard Airlines
  • Victory Aviation

As Matt D already noted, there are no 737-100s operating in the US.
