Hi, i was surfing some of AI's fantastic tenders, and came across their tenders for catering at LHR, ive flown with them several times and their catering is fantastic, so if anyone else wants the recipes (secrets) to their culinery delights, then heres the link...

http://mmd.airindia.co.in/aimmd/tender/IS_%20518-LHR_%2015023.html

They are under section 5!

Have fun cooking.

Maybe we could have a competition and tasting sessions, or try and replicate their meal service :-p

After reading some of these recipes, I understand why many people still fly AI in spite of poor on time performance, etc: it's all about the khana!

Now, I'm going home to try their upma recipe...

I am willing to bet they don't know that its public.

Intersting stuff.

They probably know it's public but who is going to say "I don't think I'll fly Air India since I can make the food at home." Big grin

I think you're being a bit too pessimistic about AI.... smile
