Hi, i was surfing some of AI's fantastic tenders, and came across their tenders for catering at LHR, ive flown with them several times and their catering is fantastic, so if anyone else wants the recipes (secrets) to their culinery delights, then heres the link...

Maybe we could have a competition and tasting sessions, or try and replicate their meal service :-p

After reading some of these recipes, I understand why many people still fly AI in spite of poor on time performance, etc: it's all about the khana!
