What are the fare classes that you need to book to redeem a 10,000 mile (oneway) DL Upgrade. Also are they hard to get on the JFK/EWR-SLC route?

I believe that a Y, B, or M fare is required. K, H, and Q are also upgradeable, but not with SkyMiles.
