AA 1354 Emergency Landing Ksdf

Louisville TV station WLKY is reporting AA flight 1354 KDFW-KEWR has made an emergency landing in KSDF tongiht because of smoke in the cockpit. According to the tv station, many passengers were complaining of burning eyes. No reports of any other injuries were reported. Evidently everyone is safe.

The tv station is now reporting that several passengers have been taken to University Hospital. I am under the impression this is of a relatively minor type of situation.

Smoke in the cabin, pax taken to hospitals... I wouldn't call it minor. Unless minor means no serious injuries and a safe landing.

Very minor,,,,,, Smoke in the cockpit...? A Recerc Fan went bad. Passengers to the Hospital..? Insurance reasons.

After visiting the hospital, I am sure some of those passengers will visit their lawyers. That is probably the only reason some of those passengers went to the hospital.
