They operate:
Two 747-200Fs, 9M-MHI and 9M-MHJ
Two 737-300Fs, 9M-MZA and 9M-MZB.

I know they operate to Hong Kong from Kuala Lumpur, but I don't know others. However, I'm pretty sure they have, of course, flights to Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. As you can see their fleet isn't very big so I think they won't have lots of destinations.

For the flight numbers, all I know is that they have MH6xxx designation. Sometimes when passenger loads increase, the same designation is used for a passenger flight where they fly a 747-300C or -400C.

Hope this helps... and hope somebody'll add more info.

MASKargo further flies to Hahn Airport in Germany.

Hahn was a military airport of the US. A few years ago it got a civil Airport.

Hahn is near FRA - They have a strategic alliance.

MASKargo came 4 times a week to Hahn until Oktober 1999. Since November 1999 they fly 7 times a week.

regards, nightfly

The Hahn flights are operated by aircraft operated by Atlas Air for MAS.

May be!

I took my Information from the website of Hahn-Airport: http://www.hahn-airport.de , where you can find a picture of a MASKargo 747 and from a german aviaton magazine, which shows another MASKargo 747 at Hahn too.

I think Atlas Air shares the daily flights with MAS, or do you have other information?

please tell me!

MAS Kargo owns the above mentioned aircraft but leases aircraft from Atlas Air and World Airways too.

They operate from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu locally. They also operate flights to Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Manila using their 737Fs.

MAS Kargo also operates to Hong Kong. Flights to Melbourne, Sydney, Dubai, Osaka and London-Heathrow are operated jointly with Virgin Cargo although I think MAS Kargo have switched their Australian operations to Avalon. In Europe, MAS Kargo set up a fully computerised European Cargo Facility at Hahn and as mentioned now operates daily into Hahn via Dubai. MAS Kargo has announced that a similar facility will be developed at Sharjah.

MAS Kargo also operates a joint service with Swissair to Basle/Mulhouse and Chicago.

Will find out more once my new timetable arrives.

ps. MAS does not operate passenger flights in the MH6xxx range. All MAS Charter services and extra flights are in the range MH7xxx and occasionally MH4xxx.

The Atlas Air 747-400F thats operates for Malaysian is N491MC and has small Malaysian titles on the nose.

As for their fleet the two 737-300 Freighter's have been sold.
