I've just been trying to schedule a trip to Atlanta sometime in the next couple of months and have discovered to my horror that Delta are dropping the third daily flight to ATL (flights 10 & 19). This means there's now afternoon flight LGW-ATL and no late night flight ATL-LGW, which was the most convienient for me! Never mind!!! Is it likely to be a seasonal thing?
The other thing I noticed was that as of March, there will be two daily flights LGW-CVG, both 767-300ER's. This suprised me as DL have recently swapped the CVG-LGW route from a 777 to a 763. Are there the loads to support 2 daily flights?
Also - are they still planning to introduce a BOS flight sometime next year?
I'd value opinons or thoughts on these changes of schedule!

Delta uses the 777 on the CVG-LFW route during the summer when passenger loads are high, then drops to the 767-300ER during the winter when the passenger loads drop. So you can look for the 777 to be back in CVG next summer.

I though Delta used to operate to FRA,LGW and ORY(or was it CDG?) from DFW, it's a shame why they stopped it. I think another DFW-LGW flight would work, AA and BA have high loads on that route and 2 out of 3 flights are 777's and the other is an MD-11. I think Delta would do well on it, I don't think it will happen though since Delta seems to be downsizing it's DFW hub.

Presumably (although I'm not positive) there are no direct LHR-DFW flights because of BermudaII. Maybe someone with more knowledge of it (I only know the bare bones) could confirm this.
I agree with you about downsizing DFW. It seems to me that DL are going to concentrate all east coast international traffic through ATL, CVG and JFK and not have any other international hubs. Shame though!
