Just received and SMS from Air Europa informing that their Frequent flyer program Fidelitas would merge with Flying Blue! Not very good news, as we'll have that 25% miles that before we the Fidelitas flyers hadn't...Any news on other changes?

Hola Rafael!

I've just received the same sms and called UX to transfer my points to my already exiting FlyingBlue account... they did not have the slightest idea about it and address me to FlyingBlue contact number... Obviously they told me that ti was UX responsibility... so I guess I'd go back an forth until I come across someone who knows how to do it.... If anyone finds out let me know please. Thanks!

Salut!

Roger

I've entered on the Fidelitas page and completed the form to tranfer the miles...althought I had marked I already had a FB account they showed me a "new" FB card in the last step and wanted me to print it..I don't think they have it very well prepared...

Let's see how it goes..

It is not easy (IT speaking) to transfer Fidelitas points to existing Flying Blue accounts, therefore, you will get a new Flying Blue account and once you have 2 Flying Blue accounts under your name and with the same currency (miles) they can merge them into one.
