Hi,

I've flown with Airtours International on the 757 and 767. What is it you want to know about the cabins, the seat layouts, seat colours, where the lavatories are?
Let me know and I'll be happy to help.

Regards

Craig

There's been a of a British World Cabin every week in the Classifieds Section of Flight International, for the past month or so. Maroon seats, carpet. Quite smart.

I went on an Airtours MD83 five years or so ago on the ground, all dark blues. Quite comfortable, but the minimum pitch on that plane is quite generious. Smart and clean.

British Midland has the flexible 5 or 6 abrest seats that can be altered depending on load. The seats are blue, and fairly comfortable. The rest of the plane is a mix of greys and blues. The seat pitch is really good in econamy, the same as business class.
British Airways older seats and layout are the same. They are in a darker blue making the cabin feel much darker and grimmer, although I was travelling on an old 734 rather than a new bd 320.

Hi

Airtours seat colours are dark blue, with a green and red zig-zag pattern in them. The carpet is a smillar colour but without the zig-zags.

Airtours operate their 757's in a 3-3 layout and there is one toilet at the front and three toilets just in front of the behind-wing escape emergency hatch. There are tv monitors above the aisle.

Airtours 767 seats and carpets are the same as those on the 757. The seat layout is 2-4-2. When the aircraft has a Premiair Gold cabin (in the winter) part of the front cabin has a 2-3-2 layout but I'm not sure what the seat colour is. There is one toilet at the front of the aircraft, one toilet behind door R2 and four toilets at the rear of the cabin. There are tv monitors above both of the aisles. Premiair Gold passengers get their own personal tv (Sony Watchman).

Although I've not been on the A330 I know that the seats are the same colour as the rest of the fleet. The layout is 3-3-3. Every seat on the aircraft has it's own touchscreen seat back tv with the controls in the armrest. Airtours also have a camera in the nose and tail of the aircraft which you can view on the ptv. In Premiair Gold the seats are made of cream coloured leather and are arranged in a 2-3-2 layout. On the A330 there is 1 toilet at the front (For Premiair Gold passengers) 5 downstairs (access by stairs loacted at row 30) and 1 at the rear (suitable for disabled passengers).

I've found some previous posts regarding Airtours Premiair Gold:-

http://www.airliners.net/discussions/general_aviation/read.main/95119/

This post has a seating plan for the A330 and shows the seat colours:-

http://www.airliners.net/discussions/general_aviation/read.main/263243/

The premiair website has a page about the A330 (it's not in English) it shows Premiair Gold and the downstairs toilets.

http://www.premiair.no/no/i_luften/fly/a330.htm

I hope the info helps and If I can help you further please e-mail me.

Regards

Buzz is the only one that I have been on of your list. I flew STN-CDG-STN back in May. Both flights were delayed because of weather, so of course that is not the airline's fault at all. Some idiots kept on complaining though saying they "will never take buzz again". Since when can the airline determine the weather.

I flew the BAe 146-300. The seats actually weren't too bad...the leg room was adequate for me (6'4"). No free drinks or food though. Unfortunatley on the way back I got the seat next to the engine and couldn't see anything.

All in all, the price was great and the service was what I expected...so I would reccomend them to anyone.
