Reading the news, came upon an aviation article. Around 03:50 Moscow time, a A-330 flying from London to Delhi made an emergency landing in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. One of the passengers was having heart problems and apparently suffered a heart attack. Medical assistance was given on board, but plane landed anyway.

The flight was supposed to take off to continue to Delhi one hour ago.

Hi!

I guess thats probably Jet Airways or BMI.
The picture looks like a NW A330. I guess they don't fly this route. They only fly ex AMS to India.
I guess the newspaper just used the picture for their headline.

Hope the person will be fine soon.

Best Regards Tom

I remember hearing somewhere that a VS A340 made an emergency landing at AMS yesterday or the day before due to a medical emergency as well, and ofcourse the Swedish charter 747 in Russia. I know it happens often, but those are 3 in 3 days.
