No Window Shades On Malaysian 744?!

I am sure I will get flamed for this, but take a look at this picture....

it looks to me as if there are no window shades....

would that not be annoying if you wanted to sleep, or if you did not like looking out of the window? partic as each F seat has 3-4 windows...?!?

No there still are window shades. There are just automated I believe. The light won't be shining in all flight.

Interesting. Some people will find that off-putting, if they have sensitive eyes or don't much like heights, or are jet-lagged and want to sleep at times when not everyone else does. I wonder if you can request the crew to lower only your blinds?

LOL!!!

MAS new First class does actually boast electric window shades hence the lack of the tabs to pull them down - as they work at a push of a button.
