I saw that programme, It was great the AD agency explaining how it was developed and filmed. The logistics were just amazing getting all those people co-ordinated at once.

That was a phenomenal ad. Do you remember the one that showed the island of Manhattan coming into land at LHR? It went something like "BA flies more people across the Atlantic than live in Manhattan" or some such thing. Very cool, high-tech. Believe it won some award(s) as well.

Always an all time classic.

One thing I noticed for the first time ... the face turns into a globe at the end.

Yeah I had forgotten that also . I just love the bit with all the nationalities and the British flag in the background. I think those were much better days and the BA prodcut was better then IMHO. But I guess its down to personal prefference.

Great ad, indeed. Do you know if it was made by Saatchi - I know they used to be BA's as agency at some point. If I am not mistaken, they came up with "The world's favourite airline"

British Airways advertisements have always been my favorite. Classy, "emotional", "simple" with global-appeal for the world audience. A standard to be matched. Well done BA!
