With its Winter schedule kick off in October and the addition of a second frequency to Rio de Janeiro, Air France will also offer more seats to Sao Paulo GRU.
AF 455/454 will see the the return of the 777-300
AF 459/456 will be flown three times a week with A340-300 and four times a week with A330.
In total, Air France will introduce an additional 500 seats / week to GRU.

We discussed this change in another thread, and this number (500) is valid only for November. In December/06 AF introduced the 6x weekly flight on A332 and become daily on January/07. With the change from A343 to A332 (more because the lack of equipment as they will need more planes for SAN and GIG as the A343 is not so premium as the A332), in January, AF will offer exactly 159 weekly seats more than 2006/2007 winter schedule.
