UA Stopping MVD Service?

Is UA stopping service to MVD?

That would be intresting since they have a loyal base of customers in Uruguay,
and they have an office downtown.

UA dropping service is good for AA, as they would be the only US carrier serving MVD,
but now EZE-MVD and MIA-MVD will be packed.

The EZE-MVD tags ends June 6th.

No news if it will resume during the next Southern summer, however nothing is in the schedule at the moment.

I suspect decision to drop route had partially due to extremely strong loads experienced on UA's single EZE flight, from which MVD obviously took seats away from.

I am so sorry to see UA shrinking in Latin America! Started with SCL, LIM, CCS and now MVD.

Very sad. I hope they made the right move. I won't be able to take UA anymore to see my friend in MVD. Really disappointing.
