What would be the chance of a low cost airline like SWA or Airtran ever coming to a place like TVC? I think we could use the compition here.

AirTran (ATL) or Alliegient (LAS/SFB) could serve TVC at some point down the road. With AirTran, it will depend if they want to "compete" with DL on the ATL route (DL is currently flying seasonal service into TVC).

I know Id rather fly on a 717 than a CRJ from ATL...  Smile

Yeah I know about the Delta flights, but I never consider them, I'm not going to fly on a CRJ on a flight that long. I'm a big guy and they are just torture. I fly them(CRJ) on NW to DTW and UA to ORD and even those short flights they are horrible. I like the EMB RJs better that American Eagle flies better and like it when I can fly the DC9 or Airbus to DTW on NW. Hopefully when NW gets their new bigger RJs to replace the DC9s we will see them up here in TVC. I'd love to see Airtran come here. I also flew Midwest a few times when they serviced here a few years back. I like to see them come back too.

I think TVC is doing just fine.

Yea, Delta is pretty cheap.

I agree, it will most likely be Allegiant if it happens. Seriously, SFB and LAS a few times a week would work year round. To TVC in the summer, SFB and LAS the other 8 months out of the year lol.
