YELLOWKNIFE . . . Canadian North has moved quickly to minimize the impact to its cargo customers in Iqaluit after a fire on Saturday, March 10, destroyed the Canadian North cargo warehouse in Iqaluit, Nunavut.
The fire, which was discovered at approximately 05:20 am on Saturday, March 10, destroyed the Canadian North cargo warehouse and damaged an adjacent equipment storage area. Thankfully, there were no injuries as both buildings were empty at the time.

Yeah it was a big fire here. I remember the first air hanger fire that was huge. I am surprised that the terminal didn't suffer any damage that cargo hanger is right next to the main building.
