I assume the Lockheed L-1011s of Dragonair were replaced by the RR Trent 700-powered A330-300s for operations on trunk routes.

Could anyone give me some information about the routes they operated on and how many L-1011s Dragonair operated?

The first L1011 was VR-HOD in the old red and gold colours, this was replaced by VR-HOK and then a second Tristar was ordered by CX to operate for Dragonair this was VR-HMW which arrived in HKG on the 7th of March 1993 as G-BBAG. I first saw this aircraft with Dragonair on April 11th 1993.

The L1011's spent almost all their time on the Beijing and Shanghai routes.

Hope this helps.
