Hello to all, I discussed this a couple months ago, But we had some problems, and I didnt get the results I needed.

I am trying to figure out why Delta has some of their 767 with White Interiors, and some with Blue Interiors.

Heres the Blue Interior:

Is the Blue Interior new, or old?

Thanks,

It's gross. Maybe Delta will spend another $10 million or so with interim interiors and then finally settle on one,
just like their frivolous livery adventures. Delta and BA
are right up there when it comes to wasteful spending.
Never have two airlines spent so much and achieved
so little.

Come on man, I dont go around saying negative things about Continental's Interior. I've flown on aircraft with both Interiors, and have found the white to be better.

Delta, and British Airways are both great airlines, So is Continental.

Dude, I Know you dont like Delta, But give them a break!!!!!

To me they look exactly alike except the bulkheads. Many airlines have different bulkhead coverings. I guess they feel they are not that important overall. USAirways, for example, has some that are just plain white, some that are grey with the red stripes and blue dots (old style) and some that are in the new grey pattern. As for the seats in the pictures above......they look identical to me.

Hey Skyteam,

I just think it could be a little better though. It does not seem to be very sleek and in line with the new
livery and airport signage, and advertising.....I also
don't think Delta is all that bad. I think they are
about average but I really have no problem flying
them if I have to.

Er, I think picture #2 is overexposed, and that there's no difference in the color of either interior. Have you been on DL aircraft with the different interiors? Another explanation is that the lighter color is a bit older and the fabric has faded a bit.

Enlarge the pictures and take a close look. You'll see what I mean.

The first picture is a 767-200, while the second one is a -300. If that counts for anything...I don't know, but I thought that I would comment.

Heya Ctbarnes, Yes I have been on some 767-300's with the Blue Bulkhead Interiors, and some 767-300's with the White Bulkhead Interiors, But I havent seen the White Bulkheads on a 767-300 in a couple years, and I was wondering what happened to it, and if they still have it.

Heya ILUV767, Both pictures are a 767-300.

Cya,

You're right SkyTeam!

I believe that the top one is a domestic version, while the bottom one is the version that is used for trans-atlantic operations.
