They don't seem to have this planned any time soon. They have four which they
use, and I suspect they'll go on doing so as ling as they need high capacity here
and there. But at Toronto, they are now flying nothing but ol' 757s (sniff) to the
best of my knowledge. I think they have A321s too, so it's hard to say if they'll
reolace them with 777s or A330s?

Finnair hasn't decided anything yet but I would be surprised if Finnair would replace 11's with Boeing products, it really looks like Finnair is aiming for an all-airbus fleet.
So the next logical choice is propably A330/A340. Given the fact that A340-300 is actually smaller than the MD-11 and given another fact that Finnair has full-booked planes on HEL-JFK-HEL routes and charters flown by MD-11's. I wouldn't be surprised if Finnair would buy a couple of A340-500's or maybe even -600's.
There is also a small possibility that some of the MD-11's may be converted to freighters for Finnair Cargo, but who knows?

The A340-500 is the same size as the -300, the -500 just has more range. I doubt that they will order the A340-600, it has much more capacity than they need.

If Finnair is getting rid of their MD11s, it's best for them to order A340-500 or the -600..

We'll see what they going for the MD11s

A340-500 _is_ a bit bigger than the A340-300.
From the Airbus website:

A340-300, in two class layout: 335 pax. Aircraft overall length is 63.6m

A340-500, in two class layout: 359 pax. Aircraft overall length is 67.9m
