No not yet. It'll be along this summer I believe. They have two 772LRs for AI almost ready with the first one to be delivered next month.

Ummm...there is no such aircraft in existence. You are either refering to the 777-200LR or the 777-300ER. There is no such thing as a 777-300LR.

That aircraft doesn't exist. It is the 777-200LR and 777-300ER.

As I said, there are two 772LRs already built with one going through pre-delivery testing and certification. I'm not sure about the 2nd one. The first one is scheduled to be delivered sometime next month.

The rumour mill has it that there are delays in the new seats that AI ordered on their 772LRs and that's the current reason for the delay in taking delivery. The planes themselves are ready and waiting.

Is it true what i heard about the new first class white leather seats having little bowls in them for the ministers to spit out their pan? And little foot rests infront of the flat beds for the F/A's to sit and cut their toe nails?  Wink

Lord forgive me, i shall be cursed by AI in my next life!

I'm sure the ministers will not be overjoyed with an ancient male F/A sitting down to cut their toe nails  Wink I think AI need to mandate only the youngest prettiest female F/As serve during the "nail cutting" duty in F Big grin

Look at how the two posts you are referring to have been made merely 2 minutes from each other. The second poster likely didn't know about the rectification as he was typing his comment while the previous one was being posted. Your tendency of trying to correct people is annoying and misplaced.

And apologies, but N1120A has a tendency to do excactly what you just accused me of doing. I was merely returning the favour. And if you have a probelm with me, I d be glad to hear it in a Private message
