Heres a new video I put together! It features about 4 and a half minutes of nonstop filmed takeoffs, and landings to music.

Enjoy!

I see the weather is the same as it was two years ago when I left! I was a bit homesick, but now, after seeing your video, I feel better.

Seriously, thank you for the video. IMO I think that the parking garage at PDX is one of the best places in the world for spotting.

Im suprised there was not more AS/QX planes. What time of day was that and is that the normal mix? I have flown PDX a few times now and thought it was more AS/QX dominated. I know that watching from the glass wall at SEA, that many of the movements there are AS/QX. I guess i need to fly PDX more often and visit this parking garage.

Haha, there was SOOOO many more AS/QX planes on the video than shown. I just wanted to show the variety of different planes that come, or else like 80% of it would be SW/AS/QX. Big grin

I could do that IF I had some footage from YYZ. I have the song on my computer already(cause I love Rush) lol.

That's lucky of you because everytime I'm in PDX around arrival or departure time for LH's flight its either delayed or conditions are too poor to see the flight. It's really vexing. Have you every seen NW's flight arriving or departing to NRT? Great video!

Loved all the rain footage. Excellent video-

BUT, if I may give some constructive critiscm, I, personally, would like to see extended landing videos with the reversers in action, especially on a wet runway  bouncy  .

Again, great job. I always loved flying in out of PDX, especially after having a few Mac's Ambers at the bar.

Apparently LH has sent a 744 as a sub a few times to PDX. Wouldn't THAT be a treat to see....  Smile  cloudnine

Did you miss the NW A330 to/from NRT? I usually see the NW A330 making it's final turn towards SEA each morning around 7:30am, then at night, the BA 744 and the SK A343.
