As my topic suggests... do u think it will be an airbus win at the airshow? Maybe some boostto their morale by large orders.. lets discuss if it will happen or not.

thanks in advance

Airbus will certainly announce some big orders as they tend to hold their bigger orders untill the LBG airshow.

surely airbus will be fine because with the limited amount of planes each manufacturer can produce means neither can get a real advantage in terms of sales especially if airlines want their planes ASAP.having said that boeing is going from strength to strength recently which is good to see

i expect this will be a growing trend -

Airbus goes strong
Boeing loses market share
A gets complacent
B goes stromg
A loses market share
B gets complacent

etc

They will certainly get some orders, possibly even significant orders.

But the number of orders will neither put them on track (if high) nor off track (if low). Since the number of orders is not the source of any of the problems they have, no problem will go away with orders, even large orders.
