New DL Colors In CVG

Well the new DL livery is here in CVG now....landed at about 2:40pm local. I'm not saying a word.

They will get painted, but probably not until the end of the summer season is over to allow for downtime. I would imagine that the new ExpressJet service out of LAX might be the first to get the new paint job. I look forward to seeing it on the CRJ-700's.

Well OO will continue receiving new CRJ-700 and 900 aircraft, so these will definitely get the new colors.

I'm curious to see what that 757 would look like in the new scheme, but with a normal widget instead of the Citgo one.

Seriously, I saw the 757 in ATL and thought it was US until I saw the blue/red tail.

I used to take DL on L1011 LAX ANC HKG then when they took delivery of MD-11's it was LAX non stop to HKG. Both were excellent flights.

Will someone please wake me up in 4 years
