I just landed today around 1700 CT and saw a ATA Tri-Star parked at one of the ATA gates in Terminal E at DFW.
I know that ATA does not fly Tri-Star between DFW and MDW..

Does anyone have any info why why that Tri-star was there and which route it was opt on ?

Thanks

Troop movement. Departed to Norfolk, VA ... came from Ramstein I believe.

I'm pretty sure DFW is one of the airports the military drops off troops to fly home for 2 week breaks.

Troop movement.

Yup.

We get troop flights throught DFW all the time. It's a good oportunity to catch L-1011s, MD-11s and DC-10s

I've seen TZ L10's and 753's on a few occasions at Terminal E at DFW. And I don't live in Dallas (yet).
