My guess is Nippon Cargo, but it could be a few different airlines, like UPS, Cathay Pacific, LoadAir, Cargolux, etc.

It's a freighter in full green condition, given that no more PAX 747s are being produced until LH's first 747-8I gets its first metal cut.

Curious though that the rudder is still not painted on that one. They usually do that first for balancing purposes.

My immediate thought was Jade Cargo, given the colour of the fuselage, but then I thought - that's just primer! Who still has 744Fs still on order? The most recent one I have to hand (April) shows that China Cargo Airlines (not CAL Cargo!) has B-2426 (msn 35208) and UPS has N571UP (35668) on order. There may be others, of course.

The rudder is the only part of that aircraft that does look painted...

AFAIK this one is for Jade Cargo. I also wonder about the rudder. It seems that this one is already painted, but painted wholly in white.

The following 747-400 remain on order:

- 16 747-400F
- 18 747-400ERF

The last off the 747-400 series will roll-out in late 2008 or early 2009, IIRC.

The next 744s to be delivered are for TNT, UPS, China Cargo, Cargolux and Jade Cargo, in no particular order, as much as I know. A white rudder hints to TNT, so maybe its the soon-to-become OO-THB.
One interesting thing I noticed on this picture is that there is a still-unpainted 777 which was destined for Air India. This aircraft is stored since at least one month pending a decision on its fate.

Yeah, but only one is in the picture, and thats the third one. the first two have been painted in AIs new livery before the airline started thinking about wether these are the right planes for them (Very professional).

While this admittedly sounds exactly like something AI, and assorted ministers and bureaucrats in Govt of India would be likely to do, the actual reason is apparently due to of delays in certification/testing of the passenger seating being procured from Rome-based Avio Interiors. It remains to be seen whether these three aircraft will sport a different livery before they leave KPAE. The designers of the "chopped-centaur" livery (and the AI management who approved this livery) evidently do not read A.Net regularly, so how would you expect them to know that a merger of AI with IC was in the works?
 Yeah sure

I believe Jade Cargo B-2421 (cn 35169) was the next line number after OO-THB so listen to what ClickHappy said.

UPS' first bird was in the final assembly jigs as of April 28th. The Jade Cargo bird was in the forward assembly bay (in front of the doors), but she has (obviously) been moved to the paint-prep area a few days ago. Right now, VC-25 28000 (I believe - she's missing off the field) is in the paint shop (has been for a few days), but once she's done, I expect the Jade Cargo bird will be sent in for paint.

It's TNT (now painted) and Everett Field, not Boeing Field. Boeing Field is the 737 delivery center in Seattle.
