Would anyone be able to tell me which aircraft sort Egyptair were using in 1995 on their Luxor-Cairo route? I flew this route and I know it was a wide body but cannot remember what the equipment was. Thanks for your help.
I never think of the future - it comes soon enough.

Flew this route in 1991. It was a 767 Cairo - Luxor and 300-600 Luxor to Cairo. In fact i remember being in the very rear of the 767 and noticed after landing a lady emerging from the lavs. The question that has always been in my mind is that is Egyptair the only airline equipped with seat belts in the lavatories?

The domestic flights in Egypt you wanted to be on in the 90s was Luxor Air, who bought some of MEA's 707s when they finally retired the type after three or four decades of service and used them on domestic services within Egypt. Didn't last long though, this one was W/O on a charter flight to Monrovia, Liberia, in a landing accident (no fatalities).
