Bag Air To Start Commuter Flights Out Of LGB?

I have heard a rumor around the LGB terminal about a new airline, Bag Air, to start flying commuters 16 times a day to unknown destinations by August. Does anyone have any inside infromation about this new airline? Someoe also stated that the airline was founded by a JetBlue Exec. Hm... Any help is appreciated! THANKS
