An order itself for a 747-8 VIP is an example of self aggrandizement, implicit poor taste and a lack of creativity. It's no surprise the interiors reflect this. It's a monument and not a transportation tool exactly.

I doubt that's meant as a monument to whoever the owner is. More likely a mannequin for scale reference.

Unfortunately "The Great Leader" is afraid of flying so getting the 747-8i VIP is out of the question for him.
