I want to find out the tail N-number of the NWA DC-9 I flew on in NOV 98. How do I go about finding this out? Can somebody at NWA assist me with this? I can provide date, flight number and orig/dest cities. We took a photo of the a/c, but cannot identify the tail number. Thanks for your help.

Go ahead and post the pic if you can, some identifying markings may be visible. Other than that, it would be extremely hard, if not impossible, to find the N#.

If the fleet # is visible, then the tail # can be traced easily. On NW DC-9's the fleet # is 4 digits, and appears on the lower front of the fuselage and also back near the tail.
