Sola Airport in Stavanger, Norway celebrates 70 years of operation. It was the second airport with concrete runway to open in Europe. This weekend it celebrates with an airshow with 70 different aircraft in action. Civilian and military, old and new:

Norway will soon buy new fighterplanes and the planes that are up for consideration is Swedens, Jas Gripen, The European Eurofighter and the American Joint Strike Fighter. Two of the possible buys were strutting their stuff at the airshow,: Eurofighter and Gripen.
