I really have no idea what to answer your question.... well each airline company has their own agenda, routes, etc...
Maybe there isn't just enough load or capacity between Taiwan and Germany sector although that seems to be a little odd to me too because Frankfurt is a big city.
If EVA can fly to Paris, why should not go for Frankfurt as well.
by the way... I'm a frequent EVA flier =D I always choose EVA from Seattle to Indonesia

they have Cargo flights to FRA with their MD11F. I don't know the schedule or the frequency, but they do fly cargo.
FRA-TPE is a relative small market which is already served daily by CI. Another heavy flight would cause over-capacity on this route and loss for both carriers.

Quoting LHStarAlliance (Reply 3): really ? I just checked their website and no FRA route on it , maybe a charter you've seen
Quoting Stylo777 (Reply 4): they had a flight FRA-DEL-TPE and I saw them very often standing at CCS next to all KE Cargo, MAS and FedEX. Maybe they stopped this service.
yes they stopped the flight for the summer-schedule, but they should be back for the winter-schedule.... btw, as I know the flight is used also by LH Cargo.

CI are running 6/week right now, I believe they are slot restricted at this time.

LH had a share on EVA MD-11F from FRA to TPE as part of a capacity agreement. It is not yet known if this will be continued when EVA resumes the service as EVA and China Airlines have a firm grip on the cargo market in Europe going to TPE.
Zanair flight, please hold on finals as we have to clear rhino's off the runway. Next flight: AMS-FRA-SIN-FRA-AMS
