Hello all,
I am posting this here since I am not sure where else to do so.
I am a prospective Ph.D. candidate in Civil Engineering and my intention is to do a research on air transportation in areas such as service quality or marketing. I have tried to find sources for data that can be used for modeling, statistics etc. but with no luck. I know that the US BTS has some data, which is publicly domain, but nothing else.
What about a European equivalent? or Australian/Japaneese?
Also, I know that Skytrex and OAG are collecting data on air transportation. Is there a way to recieve some information for research purposes?

Thanks a lot, any help will be very usefull,
