A month ago I learned that Mexican Tycoon Mr. Jorge Vergara (Omnilife) was about to receive his ACJ directly from Tolouse. I wonder if this may be it. Althought if this is it, its livery is very dull and boring (yet elegant) when comparing it to its predecesor BBJ "Nilambara".
The Elite would have to be especially modified to do MEX-LCY nonstop.

AFAIK. He got a very good deal with Airbus too.
Aside from gaining on the exchange, he might've needed less space than the BBJ but more than the G-IV. Perhaps, he'd use the Elite if he wants more capacity on shorter trips, and the Gulfstream for long distance business.
Not saying that couldn't change, mind. Paying a huge sum of money, the client could always prefer to fly on something anonymous and less obviously "rented" - one which would convey "ownership" or individuality.

Raising the possibility that this enigmatic Elite is for them (post that it's for Comlux notwithstanding). That premise however, brings up a couple of questions. Could they get their order in a year (June 2006-present) ahead of (assuming later delivery was not specified) NAS, a launch customer for this variant? And again, the issue of a different livery (inconclusive, admittedly) than was previously presented?.....
