SAO PAULO, Brazil, June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes , Brazil's low-cost, low-fare airline, announces an agreement with Continental Airlines whereby passengers flying with Continental will be able to purchase tickets on all routes served by GOL for connections in Brazil and South America.

That's good news for GOL as it will add additional revenue for the rapidly growing airline, however, they could increase revenue dramatically if they would allow people to purchase tickets on their website using U.S. issued Visa and Master Cards. I have often found decent fares with GOL for travel to cities within Brazil, but have not been allowed to book and pay for them online because of this problem, and I then book with JJ or RG instead.
Aloha,
