Well I'll encourage you to fly on the 737, but of course I'm partial since I work on the 737 production line. The 738 is a very nice plane although I have never been inside one of Hong Kong Express' planes. But in the end, you always get ridiculously small seats with little legroom regardless of the plane.
If you have never designed an airplane part before, let the real designers do the work!

I have actually flown tons of time on B737 NG's but, most of them that I have been on has really pathetic legroom. But any word on the seat pitch for Hong Kong Express? Maybe you can get in touch with your colleagues on the fitting department ahahhaha Just a thought :P
