Still without any paint on it, but its complete and about to begin ground testing:

Nice surprise, but I wish EMB had waited for the paint job first. .

Congrats to them, though!  Smile

With or without paint this baby looks good.

Congrats to EMB

Probably due to the forward-folding landing gear (?).

That looks a lot sexier than the Mustang and CJ1!

Does it have thrust reversers?

It's a nice plane, but it kind of looks like the Eclipse 500.

The reason New Mexico is so windy is because Texas sucks and Arizona blows.

I really don't see that much of a similarity. The Eclipse's fuselage is totally different than most aircraft, while the Phenom is more "standard" looking.

Are those heated leading edges I see as opposed to pneumatic boots?

I don't see the resemblance to the Eclipse at all. Although it does look alot like a further-shrunken ERJ-135. IMHO, it's unmistakably Embraer... and that's a good thing.

Pnuematicly expanding leading edge "ballon" like devices that will cause ice to crack off when they "inflate", just an anti ice device.

Oh ok, thanks for the clarification. I've seen videos of that before.
