I was poking around Logan International on Google Maps, and saw this termial with jet bridges. It's way away from the other terminals, and I have never seen it before. Anyone know what this is?

looks like a General Aviation facility to me. the jets at the gates seem to be executive jets.

It's Eagle's old remote Earhart Terminal, which was linked to Terminal B by bus. They used it for boarding when they had much bigger operations at BOS up until about 2005-2006. Since they have shrunken so dramatically in the last few years, they now just use a few gates and/or boarding doors at AA's side of Terminal B.

If they aren't using the commuter terminal anymore have they dismantled it or is it still standing with very little/no use?

It is still standing but half of the ramp is being used by construction vehicles right now. AE still uses the small hangar over there.

Ah, the old AE terminal. Seems like the picture hasn't been updated in a while. They haven't put A/C there since mid-2006, and the 4 gates on the left have been removed. the taxiway to 14/32 now goes through the ramp area. The main building's still in use for the time being but should be out of service by the end of the year. The hangar will remain as long as Eagle maintains a presence in BOS, which seems somewhat questionable. As far as current ops, there are 5 gates in Terminal B that are in use (sometimes 6). Buses and ground boarding are no longer used.

Don't put me on A7! I got out of the airport, so why send me back?

Reminds me of LGA's marine terminal. Is that still in use @ LGA?

Yep. Delta runs their Shuttle operations to BOS and DCA, plus a few Connection flights, out of there.

Speaking of LGA. Look at Runway 31. A plane on takeoff, one in position and holding, and another that looks to be doing a go around? Yikes!

Right but Google Maps is a collection of images over a period of time - everything's not necessarily a snapshot of an entire area.
