Comair 546 LGA-GSO Diverts To PHL 26 June

Due to an unruly passenger, COM546, operating as Delta 5546 on LGA-GSO, diverted to PHL today. Apparently a passenger was upset over the speed of service, but no charges have been filed.

The second article notes that pax will spend the night in Philadelphia, though delta.com, and the airport FLIFO both show this flight departing for GSO at 2230 local time - quite a delay if they actually go.

Why wouldn't they file charges? Going crazy over apple juice? This man should pay the damages he did to the passengers, and to Comair for having to park at PHL, in addition to being blacklisted from Delta.

The second article states 51 pax on board. I am assuming it was a full load plus the flight attendant?
