Boeing 787 Delivery Times

After reviewing the Boeing 787 orders it seems as if their are only a few 787s ordered for 2012 & none ordered for 2013.

Could it be possible that Boeing is leaving those two years open for Delta & American?

What would S7 Airlines & Aeroflot want to take delivery of first planes in 2014? It just does not make sense.

In 2012
Kuwait Airways - 12 787
Arkia Airlines - 2 787

None in 2013

Delivery 2014
S7 Airlines - 15 787
Aeroflot - 22 787

Boeing states when, they get there first delivery, so Kuwait Airways will get there first planes in 2012, and S7 will get theres in 2014. This does not mean they will deliver no airplanes in 2013, it simply means that they have no spots available as they have sold over 600 frames so far, it could also be because the airlines did not want/need them till 2014
